• Active listings: about 13,500 homes
• Sales are down year over year, while inventory has increased

Higher inventory levels mean buyers have more properties to choose from and less pressure to make rushed decisions.

Over the past few years, intense competition and limited listings made it challenging for buyers to secure homes. The current environment looks different.

Townhomes are averaging around $1.04M and remain popular with families looking for more space while staying within budget.

Condominiums continue to offer the most accessible entry point into the market, with benchmark prices around $708K.
